“Pizza 4P’s” has been trying to realize sustainable restaurants in Vietnam and Cambodia with idea to share their experience with the customers through edutainment; an entertainment space with an educational approach. In order to utilize their experience more widely, Pizza 4P's was invited to work with Becamex Tokyu on the facility concept to introduce the sustainable lifestyle for a new city.
From the facility level to each tenant, the main challenge is creating and visualizing multiple levels of sustainable cycles of food production and consumption. To visualize that challenge, this restaurant ultilizes recycled materials to get the edutainment approach of environmental impact and creating organic, healthy foods in herb garden.
